David Livingston

David Livingston is an incumbent Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives for District 28, where he currently chairs the Appropriations Committee and the Banking and Insurance Committee. He is seeking re-election in the 2026 Arizona Primary Election for the same seat. Livingston previously served in the Arizona Senate for District 22 and held the position of House Majority Whip during an earlier tenure in the House. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University and was a financial advisor prior to his extensive career in public service. He currently resides in Peoria, Arizona.
