Livingston previously served in the Arizona Senate for District 22 and held the position of House Majority Whip during an earlier tenure in the House. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University and was a financial advisor prior to his extensive career in public service. He currently resides in Peoria, Arizona.
