Dick Lowe

Dick Lowe is an incumbent Republican State Representative for Oklahoma House District 56. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Arts from Southern Nazarene University. Since 2008, he has also been an agricultural instructor at Canadian Valley Technology Center. In the Legislature, Lowe chairs the House Common Education Committee, prioritizing education through initiatives like historic teacher pay raises and common-sense reforms, including supporting a bill to ban cell phone use in schools. He is a strong supporter of the Second Amendment and holds pro-life views. He and his wife have been married over 40 years, are active church members, and have three sons and four grandchildren.
