Donna M. Vanhook is an ordained Baptist minister, former certified police officer, and currently serves as an Alamance County Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor. She earned an associate degree from Alamance Community College in 1991, a bachelor's degree from Elon University in 2007, and a graduate degree from High Point University in 2015. Vanhook has been actively involved in community work for over 20 years, focusing on youth, young adults, and improving quality of life. She previously ran for mayor of Burlington in 2021 and for North Carolina State Senate in 2024.
