Ellen Gurrola

Ellen Gurrola has been a resident of White Bear Lake since 2019. She earned a B.A. in Education from Calvin College and a Master's Degree in Natural Science and Environmental Education from Hamline University in 2023. For ten years, she taught science in public schools. Since 2022, she has worked part-time for the Sustainability Office at Macalester College. Her community involvement includes serving on the White Bear Lake Environmental Advisory Commission and the White Bear Lake Welcoming and Inclusion Community Initiative. She has also volunteered as a Ramsey County Recycling Ambassador and with the Vadnais Heights Green Team.
