Elliott Joseph Herneker is a Republican candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 34A. A lifelong resident of Harford County, Herneker has deep roots in the community. His educational background includes a diploma from Harford Technical High School, an associate degree in political science from Harford Community College, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Professionally, he is employed as a supervisor at UPS, where he has developed leadership and logistical skills. Herneker is actively involved in local politics, serving as the Chairman of the Harford County Young Republicans. He also gained experience in statewide politics through an internship with former Governor Larry Hogan's 2024 U.S. Senate campaign.
