Felicia Jadczak was sworn in to the Easthampton City Council to represent Precinct 2 in January 2025, filling a seat vacated by Homar Gomez. She is the co-founder and co-CEO of She Geeks Out (now Inclusion Geeks), a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm. Her professional background is in the technology industry, where she worked for over ten years. Jadczak holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Haverford College, as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Boston University's Questrom School of Business. She also has a Certificate in Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management from Georgetown University. Before moving to Easthampton in 2021, she worked at Northeastern University and VMware. In Easthampton, she has been active in the community, serving as the chair of the Easthampton Cultural Council and on the Easthampton City Arts Coordinating Committee.
