A Troutman native, Felina Harris has over 25 years of government leadership experience. She holds degrees in CIS, Business, and Sociology. She was first appointed to the council in January 2021 to fill a vacancy and won her first elected term in the fall of that year. In 2020, she was honored by the council for her dedication to serving the community by distributing food during the COVID-19 pandemic.
