Frederick W. Brown is a candidate for Hunterdon County Sheriff in Flemington, New Jersey — 2025 General Election. Running as Republican Party.

Frederick W. Brown is a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County. After graduating from Hunterdon Central Regional High School, he served for seven years in the U.S. Naval Reserve. He then joined the Raritan Township Police Department, where he served for thirty-one years, working his way up through the ranks to become Chief of Police for seven years. He was first elected as Hunterdon County Sheriff in 2010. He and his wife, Pamela, live in Alexandria Township; they have four sons who are all police officers. He is a member of the Sheriffs Association of New Jersey, the National Sheriffs' Association, and a life member of the NRA.
