Harold Maurice Hardnett is a native of Southwest Atlanta and a graduate of Frederick Douglass High School and Morris Brown College, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. He is the founder of Hardnett Enterprises, a business that includes vending, real estate investments, and commercial cleaning, and the Harold M. Hardnett Foundation, a nonprofit organization. He has been involved in numerous community organizations, including the Campbellton Road Business and Merchants Association and the Atlanta Planning Advisory Board. Hardnett previously ran for the District 11 seat in 2017.
