Homer M Deloach

Homer DeLoach serves as a Representative for Georgia's District 167. Born in Hinesville, GA, in 1942, he earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia. His professional career began in 1971 as an insurance agent. He is married to Linda and they have one child. DeLoach is actively involved in the legislative process, chairing the Ethics Committee and serving as Vice Chair of the Insurance Committee, among other assignments. He has supported legislation regarding the Georgia SNAP Healthier Choices Act, prohibiting foreign nationals from campaign contributions, and reducing income tax. He also supported the "Georgia Religious Freedom Restoration Act" in 2025.
