Jackson Kimbrell grew up on a family farm in rural Arkansas and has lived in New Orleans since 2012. He is a graduate of The Citadel and Louisiana State University. He has worked for over a decade in the construction industry as a project manager. Kimbrell has also served for 14 years in the Louisiana National Guard and Army Reserves, including an overseas deployment to the Middle East and responding to natural disasters.
