Jaime Churches is an educator and former Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives, where she represented District 27 from 2023 to 2025 [1.4]. Raised in the Downriver region, she holds a bachelor's degree in education and a master's degree in educational administration from Madonna University. Before entering politics, she taught fifth grade in local public schools for a decade. Churches currently serves as the Michigan State Director for Emgage and is running to reclaim her former legislative seat in 2026.
