James Bell

James Bell, often referred to as Jim, is the current Mayor of Weddington. He attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he majored in business with a minor in music. His professional career spans over 40 years in broadcast television, where he worked in audio, editing, and producing for entities like INSP, CBS, NBC, and ESPN. His work has included major sporting events such as Monday Night Football, the Super Bowl, the Masters Golf Tournament, and the Olympics, for which he received an Emmy. He has also worked on shows airing in over 150 countries.
