James Douglas Hendrix

James 'Doug' Hendrix has been a resident of Statesville for over 35 years, where he worked in the banking industry for 40 years before retiring from blueharbor bank in 2023. He is a graduate of Georgetown College. His community involvement includes serving as Board Chair for the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce, Fifth Street Ministries, and the Downtown Statesville Development Corporation. He has also been a board member of Iredell Health System and Vice President of the Statesville Branch of the NAACP.
