James K. Devine

James Devine is the current Ward 4 City Councillor, having been elected in a special election in February 2023. He attended Xaverian Brothers High School and Northeastern University, including a construction program at a satellite campus. Since 1998, he has been self-employed as a residential carpenter. He is a longtime resident of the ward and raised his two children there, who attended four of the local public schools.
