Jennifer Lyn Auer Jordan, born October 17, 1974, is an American lawyer and former politician. She represented District 6 in the Georgia State Senate from 2017 to 2023 as a Democrat. In 2022, she was the Democratic nominee for Attorney General of Georgia. Jordan has announced her candidacy for the Supreme Court of Georgia in 2026, challenging incumbent Justice Sarah Hawkins Warren. Although it is a non-partisan election, her campaign has received significant support from the Democratic Party of Georgia and endorsements from prominent Democrats including Jon Ossoff and Barack Obama. Originally from South Georgia, she moved to the Atlanta area for her law practice. She and her husband, Lawton, have two children.
