Jennifer Cross

Jennifer Cross is a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Maryland's 3rd Congressional District. A lifelong resident of Maryland and a U.S. veteran, Cross is running on a platform centered on accountability, transparency, and ethical representation. She has stated that her personal experiences with financial hardship have informed her policy positions and her desire to advocate for constituents. Her primary policy interests include civil rights, housing affordability, healthcare cost and access, public safety, and education. Cross is competing in the Democratic primary election, which is scheduled to be held on June 23, 2026.
