Ray Bly

Ray Bly is running as a Republican candidate to represent Maryland's 3rd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. A Vietnam veteran, Bly has resided in Jessup, Maryland, for 48 years. His professional background includes experience as a small business owner, having operated Ray's Used Appliances. For his education, Bly earned a GED from the Job Corporation before receiving an Associate of Arts degree from Howard Community College in 1980. He identifies as a constitutionalist and has described himself as a fighter for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Bly is seeking the Republican nomination in the primary election scheduled for June 23, 2026.
