Jephson "Jep" Bendinger is an incumbent Judge of the Georgia 6th Superior Court District, Coweta Circuit. Appointed by Governor Brian P. Kemp to fill a vacancy, he previously served as Chief Assistant District Attorney for the Coweta Judicial Circuit since 2021, and held various prosecutor roles in Dekalb and Fulton counties, starting his legal career in civil practice. He earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law after graduating from Auburn University. Bendinger, who resides in Newnan with his family, is seeking re-election, bringing extensive prosecutorial experience to the bench.
