Joanne Barkauskas has been a resident of Mountain Lakes since 2003. She has been an educator for over 20 years, working as a high school teacher and currently as a high school guidance counselor at Parsippany Hills High School. She earned a Master of Arts in Administration and Educational Leadership from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education and a Master of Science in Comparative Government from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her four children have all attended Mountain Lakes schools.
