Joseph Cuccurullo is a special education teacher in the Wake County Public School System and a small business owner who co-founded the Resource Room Learning Center, an academic support center, first in New York and now in Holly Springs. He has experience in federal contracting from his time as a Contract Specialist at the National Institutes of Health and in higher education administration at American University. Cuccurullo serves on the Holly Springs Planning Board and the Land Use Advisory Council. He moved to Holly Springs from New York during the pandemic.
