Joseph Hannoush is a Libertarian candidate for the Florida House of Representatives District 28 in 2026. A frequent candidate for public office, he previously ran for the State House in 2018, 2020, and 2024, and the U.S. House in 2022, becoming the first Libertarian U.S. House candidate in Florida to qualify for the ballot by petition. Born to Iraqi immigrant parents, Hannoush resides in Ormond Beach and works as an independent contractor. He also serves as a regional representative for the Libertarian Party of Florida.
