Kathi Dulin Duvall

Kathi Dulin Duvall is a Republican serving as the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Talbot County, Maryland. A lifelong native of the region, Duvall brings extensive administrative experience to the office. She first assumed the role of Clerk in December 2018, having previously worked as a Senior Judiciary Clerk for the county from 2011 to 2018. Her background includes private sector roles in accounting, human resources, and management. Dedicated to public service, Duvall served as President of the Maryland Circuit Court Clerks' Association in 2022. She is also actively involved in her community as a member of the Easton Elks Lodge 1622.
