Kathleen Amuso is a candidate for At-large City Councilor in Pittsfield, Massachusetts — 2025 General Election. Running as Non-Partisan.

Kathleen Amuso is a lifelong resident of Pittsfield. She previously served on the Pittsfield School Committee for a decade, including six years as chair, before being elected to the City Council from 2013 to 2017. She was re-elected to an at-large seat in the November 2023 election. A former teacher, Amuso has also worked at Berkshire Health Systems for over 33 years. She holds a bachelor's degree in education from Salem State College and a master's degree in instruction and curriculum from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. She has also been a member of the School Building Needs Commission.
