Kelly Seyarto is a Republican member of the California State Senate, representing District 32. He assumed office in December 2022 and previously served in the California State Assembly from 2020 to 2022 [1.2]. Before entering state politics, Seyarto had a 35-year career as a firefighter and paramedic, retiring as a Battalion Chief for the Los Angeles County Fire Department in 2015. He has also served on the Murrieta City Council and as the city's mayor four times.
