Kelsi Dew

Kelsi Dew is a native of Edgecombe County, having grown up in the nearby town of Tarboro. She attended Appalachian State University, where she studied anthropology and history. After earning her master's degree in history, she returned to the area and took on the role of Historical Outreach Coordinator for the Town of Princeville. In this position, she has been involved in preserving the town's history, working on projects like the Mathewson House and developing a comprehensive historical document for Princeville. Her work focuses on bridging the town's past with its future through collaborative efforts aimed at revitalization and resilience.
