Kerry Banister Morris

Kerry Banister Morris is running for Judge of the Georgia 9th Superior Court District Enotah Circuit. She holds degrees from North Georgia College and the University of Georgia School of Law, bringing extensive criminal and civil law experience. Morris served ten years as a Special Assistant Attorney General for Family and Children Services, and previously worked as a prosecutor, Assistant District Attorney for eight years, and in private practice. As a mother of three, she aims to ensure courtroom fairness, professionalism, and respect, apply law impartially, and support veterans' services. Her campaign pledges "Justice Without Favor or Fear," protecting the vulnerable, and delivering fair justice.
