Kristina "Kristi" Madison Pfeufer has been a Realtor since 1994 and is a manager at Madison & Co. Realty, a family business. She was raised in Iredell County, graduated from North Iredell High School in 1988, and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, focusing on Business Administration and Communications. Before her real estate career, she worked in accounting and the optical field. Her community service includes serving on the Iredell County Planning Board since 2003 (acting as chair since 2023) and chairing the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2022. She was named Iredell County Realtor of the Year in 2004.
