Leora Mallach is the incumbent City Councilor for District 7 in Framingham. Originally from the Philadelphia area, she moved to Framingham in 2017. An educator by training, she is the co-founder and Executive Director of Beantown Jewish Gardens, a non-profit organization focused on healthy and sustainable food systems. Before her election in 2021, she served on the Agricultural Advisory Committee. Mallach grew up in a civically engaged family and has a background in grassroots organizing.
