Lorinda Visnick has a background in computer science, graduating from Boston University in 1987. After a career in software engineering, she was elected to the Beverly School Committee. She has served on the committee for over six years. Visnick holds a master's degree in organizational behavior studies from Endicott College and is currently a Ph.D. student in public policy at the University of Massachusetts at Boston. She has also served as a fellow at the Massachusetts State House. She is a mother of four and a former middle school basketball coach.
