Louie Rivers

Louie Rivers III is a social science advisor for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He was previously a professor at NC State University's Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources for nine years and at Michigan State University for five years. He has served on the Chapel Hill Planning Commission for five years and with the Booker Creek Watershed working group. He is also a member of the Northside Compass Group, which works to preserve the future of the Northside neighborhood.
