Mallory McMorrow is a Democratic politician serving in the Michigan State Senate since 2019. She currently represents the 8th district and became the Senate majority whip in 2023. Prior to running for office, McMorrow worked in industrial design, having earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. She gained national prominence following a viral floor speech in 2022. McMorrow is currently a candidate for the United States Senate in Michigan for the 2026 election.
