Manuel Guzman Jr. is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 127 since 2020. A Reading native, he graduated from Reading High School and Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Before joining the General Assembly, Guzman served on the Reading School Board from 2013 to 2017. He has also worked as the Coalitions Director for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party and as the Latino-vote director for Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign in Pennsylvania.
