Marcus Carter is a U.S. Army combat veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Following his military career, he worked as an investment advisor and launched Carter Managed Investments, later founding the ride-sharing platform DriveSociety. Carter currently resides in Kissimmee, Florida. He previously ran for Florida's 9th Congressional District in 2024 and is currently running as a Republican for the same seat in the 2026 election.
