Mark N. Fisher

Mark N. Fisher is a Republican politician serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 27C in Calvert County. He was first elected to the House of Delegates on January 12, 2011, initially representing District 27B before being redistricted to 27C in 2015. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on August 3, 1962, Fisher attended George Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international affairs and economics. Prior to his legislative career, he became the managing member of Telecom Capital Group LLC in 1994. In the legislature, he has served on several key committees, including the Ways and Means Committee and the Economic Matters Committee. He is married and has three children.
