Matt Adams is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve's JAG Corps, having served 30 years in the military, including time in the New Jersey Army National Guard. He is a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in New Jersey's 12th Congressional District. Adams previously served two terms on the Middlesex Borough Council. He currently works as a federal government contracts attorney and general counsel in the defense technology sector.
