Melissa Mauro-Duffy is a resident of Chester and a business owner for over 28 years. She has two children in the school district and has been an active volunteer and PTO board member for many years. Her educational background includes studies at Montclair State and the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she also served as an adjunct teacher. She was motivated to get more involved with the board of education after observing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on students.
