Mike Bockus

Mike Bockus is a Democratic candidate for Oklahoma House of Representatives District 41 in the 2026 election. A native Oklahoman, he was raised in Wilburton by parents who taught in public schools. He earned a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master's in Software Engineering from the University of Texas, having started his career as a software engineer for IBM. Bockus is running to improve the lives of Oklahomans, focusing on affordable and accessible healthcare for all, reducing medication costs, and investing in mental health programs. He also advocates for fair and accessible voting rights, including expanding early voting and educating citizens, alongside increasing funding for public education and valuing educators' input. He supports implementing nonpartisan primaries.
