Mona Singh has been a resident of Wake County for nearly thirty years. She is a technology expert with a background as a software engineer and holds over 130 U.S. patents. Her husband is a professor at NC State, and their two children are graduates of the Wake County Public School System. Singh is also a dedicated community advocate, having served on the Town of Cary's Information Services Advisory Board and the board of directors for Activate Good. She has been a grassroots political organizer and precinct leader for the Democratic party.
