Noel DiBona is a lifelong Quincy resident and a graduate of Quincy High School, Quincy College (Associate's degree), and the University of Massachusetts Boston (Bachelor's degree). He has served as a Councillor-at-Large since 2016 and was the City Council President in 2022 and 2023. Previously, he was elected to the Quincy School Committee in 2013. Since 1996, he has owned and operated Russ DiBona and Son Landscaping. He is also involved in the community as a volunteer youth sports coach and member of various neighborhood associations.
