Norman Horn, also known as Eddie Horn, is a lifelong resident of Rural Hall. He has served on the Town Council and as Mayor Pro Tem. He decided to run for Town Council after being approached by citizens and firefighters, with a strong desire to improve public safety. In October 2021, he was sworn in as an interim town councilor following several resignations, emphasizing a commitment to transparency in local government.
