Noval Alexander is a U.S. military veteran with a 25-year decorated career and a former School Committee member. He was born and raised in Framingham. Prior to his election to the City Council in 2021, he worked as a middle school teacher's aide. He also served on the school building committee overseeing the Fuller Middle School project.
