Paige Reese Whitaker serves as an Incumbent Judge of the Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia's 5th Superior Court District, Atlanta Circuit. Appointed in 2017, she previously held roles as Deputy Fulton County District Attorney, leading the largest Appeals Division, and as a Georgia Senior Assistant Attorney General. She earned her B.A. from the College of Charleston and J.D. from Duke University. Judge Whitaker presides over a wide range of felony criminal cases and civil suits.
