Pamela Carter

Pamela Carter is a Democratic candidate for the Harford County Democratic Central Committee. A resident of Harford County for over two decades, she is a retired federal professional with a 37-year career in government service, including 34 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In addition to her public service, Carter has worked in the private sector as a licensed real estate professional. She holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Her campaign focuses on defending democratic values, promoting responsible growth, and ensuring transparent and accountable governance.
