Peter Quinn holds a BA in Economics from Holy Cross College and an MA in Architecture from Washington University. He moved to Bald Head Island in 1996 and has been an active community member, serving on the Utilities Committee and as a consultant to the Architectural Review Board before being elected to the Village Council and then as Mayor.
