Phil Dee is the Managing Partner of Tru-Spec Global LLC, a tactical and military apparel brand. He and his wife, Sandie, are both former Army officers and have lived in Kings Mountain since 2008. He has served the community on the Planning and Zoning Board, the Board of Adjustment, and the ABC Board. He was appointed to his current council seat to fill an unexpired term. He holds an MBA with a focus on Strategic Planning and Finance.
