Phillip J. Walters

Phillip Walters was born and raised in Cumberland County and has lived in Falcon since August 1992. He is a 1982 graduate of Douglas Byrd High School and attended Fayetteville Technical Community for contracting classes, obtaining his NC general contractor's license in 2004. He has operated his own construction company. Walters is an active volunteer with the Mac Williams and Cape Fear High School band programs and serves as the band booster president for Cape Fear High School. He attends Antioch Baptist Church.
