Quang Nguyen is a Vietnamese-American businessman and Republican politician serving Arizona's House of Representatives for District 1 since 2021. Born in South Vietnam in 1962, he emigrated at age 12 following the fall of Saigon. He holds a bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach and founded Caddis Advertising prior to his political career, actively engaging in conservative causes. As Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, he recently sponsored legislation (HB2114) signed into law in 2025, strengthening penalties for adults preying on minors. Nguyen is Catholic and resides in Prescott Valley with his wife and daughter.
