Reginald Winston was appointed as the Justice of the Peace for Precinct 2, the Casa Grande Justice Court, in March 2025, to serve the remainder of a term through 2026. Prior to his appointment, he served as a Judge Pro Tempore since 2022. He had a 25-year career with the Casa Grande Police Department from 1996 to 2022, where he rose to the rank of Deputy Chief of Police. Winston has also served in the United States Marine Corps and the Arizona Army National Guard.
