Richard "Ricky" Stephen Youschak III is a Republican candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Florida's 19th Congressional District in 2026. He holds an advanced degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Florida. Youschak grew up in the Sanibel and Fort Myers area, attending Canterbury School. Outside of his professional and political life, he is a licensed private pilot and enjoys flying, hiking, and exploring Florida's coasts. He filed for his candidacy in early 2026.
